To celebrate the 69th National Day of China, from October 1st to 6th of 2018, KBK Mine held a series of sport events including basketball, badminton and table tennis.
“Pass!” “Defense! Defense!” “Pass and go!”, the basketball court was always noisy and crowed with people during games. Players tried their best to win while the audience shouted loudly to cheer up the players.
The badminton game was held in the newly-built sports center, which also attracts large audience. In addition to the men’s doubles and men’s singles competitions, there were also women’s doubles and men’s and women’s mixed doubles newly added this year, which was very interesting and everyone enjoyed.
The table tennis competition was equally exciting, every player has showcased their best skills. There are also PNG national audience in addition to Chinese audience applauding for the wonderful game.
Taking advantage of celebrating the Chinese National Day, the mine employees enjoyed fun of sports as well as consolidated their friendship.
