The Ramu NiCo PCR Testing Laboratory is established by Ramu NiCo Management (MCC) Limited with an investment about 188 thousand USD and jointly operated by Ramu NiCo and Sky Health & Medical Services, a government approved organization to conduct COVID-19 test in PNG. A Genesig-Q16 Real-Time PCR Instrument that designed by Primerdesign has been selected, 16 samples can be detected at the same time with the accuracy <100 copies/ml, which will be a powerful equipment to fight against the COVID-19.
